Shipping policy

YES, WE CAN SHIP! We carry Inventory Year round. JUST KNOW THAT FIREWORKS MUST SHIP LTL HAZMAT ON PALLETS. The charge is mostly based on the distance you are from Colorado. We do not Wholesale but do give discounts for volume purchases. If you purchase $1500 or more, a 20% discount will be given.

Fireworks cannot be delivered by the standard carriers like UPS, FedEx or USPS. By law they must be shipped via a freight carrier classified as hazmat material. It's not cost effective to ship 1 or even a few items as it will cost a few hundred dollars. The further you are from Colorado the more it will cost. If you desire to ship an order, submit your order on this web site. We will then calculate the weight and get a quote from several carriers. Then  we will reply back to you with the best quote. At that point you can decide if you want to proceed with the order or cancel it. If it can be shipped to a commercial address that has a dock, the cost would be less. If you have your own shipping company you wish to use, you are welcome to do so.

Payment Info

 If you want to proceed with shipping the order, we can accept the following payment types:

  • Mail in Check or Money Order. (Allowing appropriate number of days for check to clear).
  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Zelle
  • All major credit cards

 There are higher processing fees for using a card that is not in our possession.

We do not make any money off of shipping costs. So to put that amount on a card directly affects my bottom line on the order. We ask that anyone using a card, pay the 3% processing fee. No Fees if using the first 4 options. To protect SOCO Pyro and you from fraud, we ask those using a card to submit an image of the following to me:

A form of ID with your name and the billing address on it. Can be a drivers license or a utility bill. Sign a form authorizing the payment. A copy of the front of the card you want to use so I can match it with your ID. This can be done by simply taking a picture with your phone and sending toinfo@socopyro.com.  As a small business I can't stay in business with disputes from the dishonest people. 

We cannot by law ship to the following states unless you have a permit - NO EXCEPTIONS:

  • Delaware
  •  Massachusetts
  • Maryland
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Nevada
  • Oregon
  • Vermont
  • Washington, DC
  • AFO/FPO Addresses in any state

We also do not ship outside the continental U.S.

Returns

 For product quality and liability reasons, we cannot accept returns. If you experience a performance defect with any of our products, contact us with the details.

Shipping Damage or Loss

We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise. Always inspect your order and have the driver note any damages on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing. Forward any such information to us so we can assist you in making a claim with the shipping company.

Additional Information

Make sure that fireworks are legal in your area and that you have all required permits. It is your responsibility, not ours, to ensure that you can legally possess these fireworks. People not having permits where required run the risk of fines and/or confiscation without any recourse to us or the shipping company. Neither SOCO PYRO nor the shipping companies know all the exact county and local laws in your area and are not responsible for the use of our merchandise.
